I bought (and brought) this game with me on the Big Sur family camping trip after Chris pointed it out to me.
I was pleasantly surprised that I could make it work on a slightly windy evening out on the picnic table behind our "cabin". (Again I use the word "cabin" very loosely!)
I lost a couple times, and then won the thing.
The concept is you build poker hands against the bad guys.
Super fun solo game, easy to pick up, and great to keep the mind going on any trip that has at least a small table.
No more camping trips for me for awhile, that was hard. Especially with Walt, as I mentioned in another post.
Overall, it was miserable, but sometimes those are the best (and funniest) memories looking back.
Squeak turned a little pyro. And got a little sick and could not make a few hikes due to feeling so bad.
Kalea and I were laughing our heads of with the "ssssssss..." and then flapping the covers to simulate a Dutch oven. Hahahah!
Glad we did it. And again, I WON Ace of Spades. So, there's that.
